You don't need to coordinate between multiple vendors. If you already have designers or a PM in place, we slot in around them. If you don't, we can provide those too.
AI development requires a different discipline than standard software because the outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic. We start by validating whether AI is actually the right solution for your problem — many businesses are better served by a well-designed rule-based system. When AI is the right answer, we build evaluation frameworks from the start so you can measure model quality over time, not just at launch. We also treat prompt engineering and context management as engineering problems, not creative exercises.
Yes — integrating AI capabilities into an existing product is one of our most common engagements. We start with a technical assessment of your current architecture to understand where AI can add the most value and what the integration complexity looks like. Common integrations include LLM-powered search, intelligent document processing, automated content generation, conversational interfaces, and recommendation systems.
It depends on your use case, team familiarity, and existing ecosystem. AWS is the most mature with the broadest service set — a strong default for most products. Azure makes the most sense when your organisation is already deep in the Microsoft ecosystem. GCP leads for data-intensive and AI/ML workloads, particularly if you're using Google's AI services. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on your specific situation, not on which platform we prefer.
All code and intellectual property created during an engagement belongs to you. This is stated explicitly in our service agreement. We don't retain rights to anything we build for you, and we don't reuse client-specific code or architecture across other clients. You'll have full access to the codebase, deployment infrastructure, and all documentation from day one.
